Telegram的创办人杜罗夫（Pavel Durov）在法国被捕的事件余波未了。就在昨天，杜罗夫在自己的频道中宣布Telegram的两个重要更新，所有对TON生态感兴趣的朋友必须要留意这次更新会不会引起的后续影。
这次更新的重点是：
- Telegram的团队会对疑似违规/违法/或者有其他不当行为的频道和群组进行限流，相关的用户名亦会受到影响。
- Telegram推出举报系统，鼓励用户举报不当使用行为
- Telegram会向执法部门提供使用者的IP地址和电话号码
这几点更新对T O N资产可能会有深远的影响，第一就是用户名的引流价值进一步下降，有机会降低灰产行业对用户名的需求。另外就是由于在Telegram 上使用电话号码将不再安全，有机会刺激匿名号码的需求，现时这两种资产的地板价均未受到这个消息影响。
不过要注意的是，这次的决定除了可能是因为杜罗夫被捕后和相关部门的妥协之外，更有可能是Telegram慢慢走向合规之路以便在资本市场上市进行融资。如果是前者那有可能是一个一次性的措施；如果是后者的话，Telegram的生态将会发生重大改变，作为生态来经济价值最高的灰色产业亦会受到严重影响。
